Warranty Information
Our Granny Flats include 6 years Builder’s Warranty covering major defects, structural issues, waterproofing failures causing major damage and fire safety or serious non compliance. We also include a 13 week defect liability period which is is a post-handover maintenance period where the builder rectifies minor workmanship or material defects identified after completion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties also apply to selected appliances and installed products where applicable. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, and damage caused by extreme weather events or natural disasters
